Kem Meyer on "Less Clutter, Less Noise"

At the National Outreach Conference in San Diego yesterday, I had the opportunity to finally meet Kem Meyer, Communications Director at Granger Community Church.  I’ve been reading her blog for a long time, and I find that she’s one of only a handful of people who really understand the role of a “communications director” at a local church.   I love her blog name – “Less Clutter, Less Noise” – and that was the
workshop she did for a packed room yesterday.  She said some very nice things about my Branding Faith book as well.  If you’re a media or communications director at a local church I would encourage you to follow Kem and check out her blog on a regular basis.  Her insights can mean the difference in getting your church noticed in the right way, and keeping people after the first visit.

  1. I just went to Kem’s blog and there are some good things there! Thanks for the heads up Phil. I will add ‘Less Clutter, Less Noise’ to my blog list.
