We all have a dream project. It might be writing a book, launching a nonprofit, starting a business, producing a film, birthing a ministry, or more. The problem is WE’RE NOT DOING IT. So we have a choice. We can:
1. Keep lying about our dream – telling people “you’re eventually going to do it” and hope for the best.
2. Do it. Simple. That’s it. Just do it.
When you get to the end of your life, will you be OK with excuses like “I had a lot of email” or “My schedule was really busy” or “I never seemed to find the time.”
I’m not sure about you, but I won’t, and I’ll bet you feel the same way. So there’s only one choice: Start today. Write one page of your screenplay or book. Schedule actors for an audition. File the legal papers for the business or nonprofit. Create a business plan.
Whatever your dream is, there’s always a first step.
