Phil, I have experienced this on several occasions with video production clients - all the way to a client saying they'll do their own from now on - only to call me later for tips! This is both hilarious and sad at the same time. But it is an eye opener that helps expose a problem from a different perspective. Thank you for sharing.

This is HYSTERICAL and HORRIFYING, because I KNOW people like this. I was told by a friend that a Christian left her, the waitress, a TRAC instead of a tip..... Oh no!!!! I'm sure you'll keep getting more scary "client" stories...
Before this moment, i've never loved youtube before.
Pure Gold!!! :)
Deja vu.
Well...that hit home
2:08 til the end... how many times have I gone through that. I laughed and got mad all at the same time. Thanks for posting.
Dead on!
The problem is that too many of us fall for this; I mean beginning negotiations on set prices. It may not happen as much if we didn't let it.
"we're going to make it up on the next one"
"what we're going to need to do is show us how you made it, so we can do on our own in-house from now on"..
HILARIOUS
Thanks for the laugh
The slant is church and ministry as the culprits but I have had that with big names as well - Dell, Cisco, Apple, etc.

A thing of beauty. Painfully spot-on. Brilliant. And... <sigh> so, so sad.
