The Change Revolution with Phil Cooke

Dispatches from the front lines of media, faith, and culture

How well are you telling your story?

In a world of competing products, organizations, and even non-profits, how can you cut through the clutter of a media-driven culture and get your voice heard? To make that happen, you need to face the challenge of real change. The media world is undergoing the most radical transformation in history, and if you're not ready for that change, you'll be talking to an audience that doesn't exist anymore. This edition of the newsletter (and my blog) is about that kind of change, and how it can impact your perception, your brand, and your income. Enjoy the read, and prepare yourself and your organization for the future. We haven't figured it all out yet, but it will definitely be interesting!

Great list. We could use some work on the dietary aspects!

#1 works wonders for me and mine. We are not morning people by nature. Since we're home schoolers, we have to leverage ourselves out of bed by will alone. Nobody is expecting us to show up! A morning walk after breakfast puts us in the right frame of mind to get through our studies.

I would like to suggest that people try to make nature a part of their lives. There are currently 4 birds nesting in our yard. They are a pair of ducks, a pair of brown thrashers, some house wrens and a pair of robins. Being mindful of them improves our outlook on life. We also like to garden, feed birds and put up bird houses. When certain hardy species of plants overflow our gardens, we give the excess bulbs and roots away or plant them in out of the way public spaces. It's very satisfying.
