In one of the first reviews to come in about "Branding Faith," David Holland of Holland and Simpson - a highly respected direct response advertising agency for non-profits and ministries, offers his thoughts on the book. David's blog is excellent, it's called "Blather, Wince, Repeat."

That's a great review Phil and a good synopsis of what you and this blog are about.

This is probably the wrong place to post but I will anyway.

I have yet to read "Branding Faith" it is being shipped from amazon as I type, does it comment on a key issues I am thinking through. Funding a new church with a new funding model?

In one of your podcasts Leonard Sweet talks about how the only places dealing in cash are churches and the mobsters. How do we fund a ministry without resorting to a "hand-the-plate-around" mentality. I realise this is a $1 million dollar question but I would love to hear some successful ideas etc.

Sorry if this is off topic in a BIG way, looking forward to the book myself.
